Walmer is a town and civil parish in the Dover District of Kent

Walmer the Church of St Mary the Virgin was built in 1887 to replace the mediaeval Walmer, Kent Genealogy and become the Parish church for Walmer; see St Mary's Church, Walmer, Kent Wikipedia. The map of the parish boundary and Anglican churches of the town are available A church near you

The Roman Catholic Church of the Sacred Heart, Dover Road, Walmer dates from 1890 and has been designated as a grade II listed building British listed building

Civil Registration[edit | edit source]

Kent County Council (KCC) has a certificate centre at the Mansion House in Tunbridge Wells which holds all the completed registers for Kent since 1 July 1837 and can supply a certified copy of any Kent birth, death or marriage entry from any register within its custody or a Kent civil partnership registration from the government online database.
