Question: Citing Netherlands Population Registers

Because these registers are not indexed in FamilySearch, in Family Tree the contributor will need to create a source record. Is there a recommended format for:

• Event date: just the year, or the full date on the front of the book
• Source Title: Netherlands Population Register, ...
• Web Page: cut and paste from browser, or reformat
• Citation: WieWasWie.nl or ...
• Notes: ...
