Here are some factors that will require an Event request -
- Date desired is more than three months in the future
- Size and scope of group activity will require multiple hours at the center and may extend over multiple days
.....(examples are youth conference, ward family history fair, family reunion, community family history event)
- Need for scanning equipment access during your event in addition to classroom and discovery experience.
- You have a unique need that will need some help to organize and coordinate

Our Event Coordinator will contact you within a few days to review your request and to discuss the options.
It is recommended that you submit your request months in advanced if possible to allow for proper planning and to ensure the center resources are available for your event. All planning must be finalized about 20 days prior to the event so we can commit the people and resources needed.
NOTE -- the center has limited resources available to accommodate small children. If parents choose to bring their children, the parents are responsible for their care and must remain within sight of them during their time at the center.
Also NOTE -- No food or drink is allowed in the center. Only bottled water or a small water container with a secure cap.
