Two known issues exist with this collection:

1.  Crawford, Marriages Licenses, 1883-1891 v.C contain records for Doniphan County.

The link to Crawford, Marriages Licenses, 1883-1891 v.C contain records for Doniphan County. All of the Crawford County marriages are available, however, on other links for similar years. When searching for Doniphan County records, you will need to search under Crawford counties for years Marriage Licenses, 1883-1891 AND under Doniphan County for Marriage Records, 1891-1895, for Marriage Records, 1895-1899, Marriage Records, 1899-1902.

2.  Not all counties and years are represented in the online collection.

Our online collection scope is that we are able to publish 33 of the 105 Kansas County marriages (see the Collection Description for a list of counties) are published online for years earlier than 1911.

However, the microfilm is available at FamilySearch for all counties and all years. The following link takes you to a Wiki article outlining “How to Use the Family History Library Catalog” to locate films and how to locate the nearest Family History Center.
