Parish History[edit | edit source]
RUSTON (East), a parish, with a scattered village, in Tunstead district, Norfolk; 5½ miles E by S of North Walsham. [1]
East Ruston St Mary is an Ancient Parish in the Diocese of Norfolk.
St Mary's church is no longer used for regular worship and is in the care of the Churches Conservation Trust. It is located well away from the village, and was eventually declared redundant.
