WITTERSHAM (St. John the Baptist), a parish, in the union of Tenterden, hundred of Oxney, lathe of Shepway, E division of Kent, 5¼ miles S by E from Tenterden. [1]
Wittersham is a village and civil parish which is part of the Isle of Oxney in the Ashford district of Kent, see Wittersham Wikipedia.
Wittersham St John the Baptist is an Ancient Parish and part of the parish boundary forms part of the county boundary with neighbours Beckley, Sussex Genealogy, Peasmarsh, Sussex Genealogy and Iden, Sussex Genealogy
