Help RE: Browser (13 Aug 2014)[edit source]

Editing the Wiki on Chrome[edit source]

I see the note about using Mozilla Firefox; but I currently use Chrome 99.999999999% of the time, and IE only when I have to (like now).

When I try to edit the wiki in Chrome, it ends up wiping out anything that may already exist; and when I edit in IE it's all hardcore wiki writeup. I'd post a screenshot but haven't figured that out yet.

Am I just up a creek - I'll have to install a third browser just for this site? :/ Dfwdraco76 12:27, 13 August 2014 (UTC)

Thank you for the inquiry regarding editing the Wiki with Chrome. Editing with Chrome can be done by disabling the Rich Editor. The steps to accomplish that are: Click on Personal Tools in the Navigation box to the right of this page. Then click on My preferences. Next click on Editing, scroll down to Rich Editor and check Disable Rich Editor, ensure that all other boxes in this section are cleared, scroll down the page and click on Save. Hoping this is helpful. Parrisl 02:15, 27 August 2014 (UTC)
