I am currently serving with the FamilySearch Wiki Catalyst Team in the Joseph Smith Memorial Building (JSMB). I have served as a United States and Canada reference consultant in the Family History Library (FHL) in Salt Lake City Utah. Served as emergency and safety coordinator in the FHL. Served on an innovative team 'Customer Experience' with Diane Loosle. Before I was invited to join the FamilySearch wiki team I spent time supporting Access Service which in part is the document areas on all five floors of the FHL. I have served in the FHL for over twenty-four years in a number of areas and positions including supervisor and manager.
