Parish History[edit | edit source]

Prior to 1879 the church was known as Rowley Regis District Mission of St Michael.

In 1879 it was formed into a parish from part of Rowley Regis, Staffordshire and Tipton St Martin, Staffordshire parishes.

The church stood until 1984 when it was demolished. The site of the former church hall was adapted to form the present parish church which was consecrated in 1995.
