Talk:Wales Civil Registration
I'm thinking about the organization of this wiki page and many like it. Would it be more useful to the user to immediately put the availability of record collections at the top of the page i.e. where they are found, links, etc. and then follow with the history and indepth information for those who want to know more?
I find myself spending quite a bit of time just to get to the basic information I'm looking for: WHERE are the records to be found, are they available online, should I be consulting the FHLC, etc?
See the Salt Lake, Utah county page for the idea I'm thinking about - the vital records and their availability are neatly listed right at the top of the page.
Just a thought. What are yours?
We would love to help and are working on On line collection badges for all pages. See Missouri, United States Genealogy. To get direct answers on the Wiki, Please put the ~ mark 4 times and it will connect us to your user talk page like this. Sandralpond 18:39, 10 June 2013 (UTC)
