Noticed that the topic sidebar for the Russia Wiki page lists the topic Civil Registration. The Civil Registration topic was originally linked to the Russia Civil Registration-Vital Records page which has since been renamed Russia Civil Registration. Any reason why the topic bar cannot be edited to link to the Russia Civil Registration page to the topic Civil Registration? Kehoemw 20:21, 28 May 2013 (UTC)
