SHORNE (St. Peter and St. Paul), a parish, in the union of North Aylesford, hundred of Shamwell, lathe of Aylesford, W division of Kent, 3¾ miles SE from Gravesend.

Shorne St Peter and St Paul is an Ancient Parish; the church dates from the 13th century with later additions and was restored in 1873 by T.H.Wyatt and has been designated a grade II* listed building by English Heritage.British listed buildings
