SHILBOTTLE (St. James), a parish, in the union of Alnwick, E. division of Coquetdale ward, N. division of Northumberland with the townships of Hazon, Newton-on-the-Moor, Whittle, and Woodhouse. There is a place of worship for Wesleyans.
