Parish History[edit | edit source]
SEACOMBE, with Poolton, is a township, in the parish of Wallasey union, and Lower division of the hundred, of Wirral, in the Southern division of the county of Chester, it is ¾ of a mile W by N, by ferry, from Liverpool. A church, dedicated to St. Paul, was consecrated in 1847. There is a place of worship for Wesleyans.[1]
