Parish History[edit | edit source]

RATCLIFFE-ON-SOAR (Holy Trinity), a parish, in the union of Shardlow, N. division of the wapentake of Rushcliffe, S. division of the county of Nottingham, 1½ mile (N. by E.) from Kegworth. The navigable river Soar flows through the parish.[1]
