Parish History[edit | edit source]

Ockbrook, All Saints, is an Ancient parish which includes Borrowash in Derbyshire. There is a place of worship for Wesleyans; and adjoining the village is a settlement of the United Brethren, commonly called Moravians, founded in 1750. [1]

There is some debate about Banns 1891-1913 which may be for Ockbrook or South Darley, Derbyshire
