Netherfield St John the Baptist was formed from the Ancient Parish of Battle, Sussex Genealogy; the hamlet of Netherfield is part of the civil parish of Battle in the Rother District of East Sussex.

The church of St John the Baptist has been designated as a grade II* listed building British listed building
