Guide to Hunseby, Maribo, Denmark ancestry, family history, and genealogy: birth records, marriage records, death records, census records, and military records.

History[edit | edit source]

The priest's farmhouse either burned on 22 November 1873 or 24 November 1873 but several of the records still survived. The engagements, marriages, and burials all begin in 1735. The births, however, begin in 1720. This is because from 1720-1751 there are transcripts made by the clerk from a book which has since been lost.
