There are several books at the Family History Library in Salt Lake City, Utah dealing with the subject of land and property in Finland. The books are written either in Finnish or Swedish. The book, Oman talon historia : opaskirja talojen historian tutkijalle by Matti J. Kankaanpää is a guide to researching the history and background of farms in Finland.
Eino Jutikkala's Talonpoika - aatelismies - kruunu : maapolitiikkaa ja maanomistusoloja Pohjoismaissa 1550-1750 (The peasant - a nobleman - the crown: land policy and land ownership conditions in the Nordic countries 1550-1750), is a history of the conditions of land ownership in the Nordic countries.
