The City of Falls Church is located in the Northern portion of the Commonwealth of Virginia and included in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area. The community was established around The Falls Church (Episcopal) that was founded in 1734 and is one of the two geographically smallest cities in Virginia, at only 2.2 square miles[1].
