Cookham Dean is an Ecclesiastical Parish in the county of Berkshire, created in 1846 from Cookham Ancient Parish; Exact boundary unknown.

COOKHAM-DEAN, a chapelry, with a village, in Cookham parish (which also see), Berks; about a mile WNW of Cookham. The church was built in 1845. There are Independent and Primitve Methodist chapels here.
